RECOMMENDATIONS OF GENERAL USE

  • You must have a dry and oil-free body.

CHANGE AND DEVOLUTION POLICY

CONDITIONS:

You can change products that have NOT been USED until 8 days after purchase.

  • These items must be in perfect condition, complete, with the frames and labels still on and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to accept changes and returns with prior analysis of the case.
  • If it is evident that the garment was not used according to the recommendations, no change will be made by guarantee. 
  • For hygiene reasons we do not accept changes or returns of intimate garments or with intimate parts such as Bodys, Panties, brasieres, pantymedias except when factory defects have been identified.
  • For changes and returns, the cost of shipping to SG TEXMODA SAS is assumed by the customer. Packages with payment on delivery are not accepted.
  • In the event of a factory defect or late delivery, you must contact customer service at dispachosbemia@gmail.com. We do not accept packages upon delivery.

CHANGES

For changes, you have up to 8 days after purchase to send it to SG TEXMODA SAS (FLETE ASSUMED BY THE CLIENT). please contact our official whatsapp line https://wa.me/573505212089  to give you all the guidance for the change process.

 If the product you request to receive in exchange is sold out, you can wait until it is available to send it to you or exchange it for the product of your choice:

  • Changes for products of the same value: the change is made and no additional charge or refund is generated.
  • Changes for lower value products: We can generate a voucher for the difference for you to use for your next purchases or request the refund of the same or request the return of the difference.
  • Changes for higher value products: money will be collected for the difference between the new product (of higher value) and the product initially purchased (of lower value), which must be canceled through our means of payment (Wompi, Addi, Daviplata, Nequi, Bancolombia)

WARRANTY

The Warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. The product will be reviewed by our quality department and we will give you an answer in 8 business days. In the event that the garment allows repair, it will be repaired, or else it will be changed. THE COST OF THE FLEET IS ASSUMED by THE COMPANY.

MONEY DEVOLUTIONS

To retract your purchase and request a partial or total refund of the money, you have 5 business days from receipt of the product to manage it.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Inform through our line of whatsapp https://wa.me/573505212089 from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, you can also do it by mail sgtexmoda@miareductora.com, exposing the situation. 
  2. Please send the garments to the following address DIAGONAL 47 # 77 A – 09 / INTERIOR 2 / INDUSTRIAL PARK SAN CAYETANO / BOGOTA- CUNDINAMARCA.
  3. The shipping cost is assumed by the customer, no freight is received for cash on delivery.
  4. If the money back request is given by guarantee or error in the shipment of the product, we assume the cost of the shipment. 
  5. You should bear in mind that the garments must be in perfect condition, with their original labels and packaging, otherwise it may not be possible to return or make some type of additional charge.
  6. Please send together with the garments a fully legible letter, this in order to clearly understand what happened and thus be able to take it into account for our improvement processes.

  • Account number to make the transfer .: detail Bank, type of account, Beneficiary and document.
  1. Once you send us the package, inform the advisor via whatsapp of the guide number so that you can be attentive to its reception.
  2. From the day the package is sent to our warehouse we have 20 business days, it does not count (Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) to make the return.
  3. This return may NOT be made in cash.

MONEY DEVOLUTION – PAYMENTS CARRIED OUT BY ADDI

 If you want to cancel the credit you requested with ADDI, you must take into account the following:

  • Apply if your order has not yet been sent to your address.
  • It applies if you have already returned the order and it was received in accordance by us. Take into account our change policies.
  •   Once the above has been verified:
  1. The credit will be canceled internally
  2. You will receive the confirmation email of the cancellation by ADDI.

  4. In the following 24 business hours the transaction will be canceled and within the next 72 business hours the respective peace and security will arrive.
